GPS Antenna

I have just purchased the Admiral ver. 10 by Nobeltec. I wish to buy a gps antenna but Nobeltec's is about $350 versus $200 from everyone else. Can I use another manufacturer's antenna?

thanks,
winethief

I'm not exactly sure what site you saw the prices on. I went to the nobeltec site in Australia and it was 170 AUS.

Either way, as long as you have a GPS receiver and the drivers, you should be fine. Typically they run from $30 US and up depending on sensitivity and the number of satellites they can track.

I have been using the BU-353 for a few years now. Great little GPS. Locks on fast, very accurate. Never gave me a problem. Works on Mac and PC.
