Glacier Bay Refrigerator question re: digital thermostat

I don't get this thing. "It" is an ECM Glacier Bay digital thermostat that has up buttons and down buttons and gives a read out of temp, but try as I may, I can not figure out how to work this thing. I understand G.B. is no longer in business. The booklet that came with the boat might as well be written in Greek. Need some advice...

Can you tell is the OEM of the thermostat? I have manuals for most. Carel? Honeywell? Johnson Controls?
