Code Zero Furler RLG by Bamar

Anyone have any experience with the RLG roller by Bamar?

My current problem is that the bottom part of the furler is supposed to remain stationary while the top rotate to furl. This bottom part is loose and also rotates rolling up the Endless Line. As a result you cannot pull it, so cannot furl the sail. There are two Allen screws that are supposed to fix this rotor but they are so small that I strip them trying to tight them up.

I'm thinking on drilling them and put larger thread and new screws
