Buildig a 30' Cat

Hi to all, have not been on for a while(busy doing my head in over designs)I feel that I have narrowed my search down for a cat to build next year, and have been quite interested in the jarcat cc29.I know it isn,t everyones cup of tea but it appears to have a lot of things i am after in a boat. Having a family of five and not wanting a two year build it seems to tick quite a few boxes. Not a great deal of info out there so far anyone got any thoughts or knowledge would help cheers.
