I recently had a much larger
alternator installed with new brackets.

Balmar does not make alternators but merely rebrands them, I found the identical one at elreg.com for about 1/4 the list
price of the
Balmar.
Both companies were easy to deal with, and everything was exactly as represented.
I have no connection with either company, but highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new alternator.
