Welcome aboard information

Hi,
I am a single sailor that invites a variety of people to sail with me. I am in the process of putting together a welcome aboard outline that includes basic safety information, water usage, toilet function, and general living aboard a boat information. Does anyone else have one that would like to share? I will be happy to share mine once it is completed if anyone is interested.
