Sun Resistant PFDs

I am happy to report that a visit to a nearby West Marine yesterday disclosed that they are selling Type 2 (horse collar) 3 (vest) and 4 (seat cushion) PFDs in rip-stop UV resistant cloth and at reasonable prices. $20 for a cushion is certainly more than $12 from Megamart for one that rots in the sun and snags easily, but far less than the $36.50 I've seen for Jim Buoy vinyl covered commercial models.
