Need Recommendation for Ladies Safety Harness

Looking for a good safety harness for my wife who is about 5'2". Something of good quality that a woman can wear comfortably over cold weather gear and will be effective. Any recommendations for brands to look at?

My wife is 4’10” and finds an XS life jacket with integral harness very comfortable, more so than a separate one.

I am 5ft 1inches and I love my Stormy Seas gear. It is made near Hobart in Tasmania and I have a jacket with a built in harness and zip off sleeves. I recommend you check out their web site.
