Medical Prescriptions/Travel Doctor: FL Keys

We're looking for a doctor or clinic somewhere along the keys that works with cruisers leaving U.S. waters- We're heading to Mexico and Central America- and want to carry Malarone, Zithromax etc. Any all suggestions are appreciated.

Unless you think you will need some on the way there, just go to Central America and buy it. These are widely sold over-the-counter drugs there (as are all antibiotics and other normally prescription drugs except for narcotics), and are less expensive than in the US.

You also will have little need for the Malarone, although I don't know your specific travel plans, so you may be in areas where that is recommended.
