immunization question

Help: We are close to leaving on our circumnivagation and are in the process of getting our shots. He is a list of what is started:
Tetanus, diphtheria, influenza, pneumococcal, hep a and b, varicella. We are leaving from San Diego and heading south to Ecuador and on to the South Pacific to nz. I went to the CDC web site and it's confusing at best. There's no one answer to what else is needed when you travel by boat. All the info concerns to and from the us to major areas of the world, but no info on what to do if you travel from country to country. we are also getting yellow fever and malaira shots soon. What else is there and/or where can I go to find the info needed?
Thanks
Tauras
