How to put out a boat fire.

Leave it to some inventive New Zealanders to help put out a boat fire when the Fire Department and Marine Patrol are not around:

That's pretty cute, although by the time they got there it was all over. Still, very inventive.

Hi Newt:

Better than using a bucket I'd say. Maybe there is a use for ski boats other than ruining a quiet afternoon in a peaceful anchorage after all.

My thought from just seeing the thread title is to wait a moment, the fire will go out soon enough. Just won't be much boat left.
