And whilst I stated most anti fowls are carcinogens, it's states it in the msds sheet as you even posted above. Which sort of supports me saying 'it's a fact'!
I'm very anti fowl regarding the Blue Heron who likes to sleep and crap on my solar panel arch !!!

Oh, you meant antifoul. Never mind...

Re: Health risk for anti-fouling?

I took off 11 layers of hard bottom paint. I had a hood, suit gloves and a respirator. I am a big guy and I tore thru the back of my suit every day. It took a week and I was left with a year of minor seizures. I am still on meds.
so be careful or get some professional to do it

Yes, opinions are wonderful things and like a**holes, everbody has one. Unsubstantiated opinions presented as fact however, need to be called out as such.

BTW- it's anti foul.

Hmmm, speaking of facts....

I have never cleaned a bottom in water?

WRONG!!!

Here is the MSDS for Copper Oxide, the key material left over after the solvents have evaporated and anti-fouling paint cures.

http://www.fishersci.in/msds/CupricOxide.pdf

I read this to mean, it is unhealthy to expose your skin to it. (Especially in high concentration, such as bathing in it while scraping sloughing paint off a bottom.)

These are all the facts I need to draw this conclusion which I believe is sound.

You have every right to disagree, as do I with your conclusions.
