We always remove the batteries when storing for long periods of time. Plus we replace the batteries on a yearly basis. Going thru our checklist before departing for the Galapagos, we noticed the laser flares were not working after putting in new batteries. We sent an email to the company on Easter Sunday and received a reply within an hour with suggestions for trouble shooting.


When none of the suggestions worked Kim asked for an address so he could send us 2 new laser flares at no cost to us!
