Best PFD's for Offshore Deliveries

Wondering which is the BEST PFD for crossing oceans.
Understand having straps for legs, pockets for knives, lights, rings for jack lines, AIS and PLB's are all important.
But which PFD is the best with all of these features?
Ideally we'd like one that can switch from auto inflate to manual but have not found this available. It's one or the other.
Going on the bow in big seas on our cat means lots of water could accidentally inflate the PFD (it happened) so controlling this would be awesome.
And does anyone know if there are more options in France for the high performance PFD's?

What you want is a PFD with a hydrostatic inflator. That means that it does not have the traditional dissolving tablet that causes inflation. Rather it takes a certain amount of water pressure before the inflator will activate. These types are more expensive, but they will not inflate as a result of being doused by a wave.
