Re: Bad Knees--Boat or practice mods that help?

Hi, all!
I just bought 2 pairs of kybun shoes, one dpair of dress shoes, one sneakers.
They have been developed by a Swiss guy and the by-line is "walking on air" - and it feels like that. The soles are constructed of some jelly material and force the whole body to constantly balance. It takes a while to get used to it, but takes care of feet, knees, posture (core) and back-problems.
I love them! Look it up on google.. kybun.com-International
