Back for more info. Today, surveyors in the GTA!

Hello,

Who are the best surveyors in the Greater Toronto Area? We had our last done in Annapolis, so that won't work again!

Always appreciate the input,

Most "maritime" insurance companies should be able to recommend you some surveyors. In the US, state licensing boards would have a list of licensed surveyors. Mauritz

I've used Fastnet Surveyors (Peter McGuire) several times. Like most surveyors, he's not big on small talk, but is very efficient and observant.

Peter H. McGuire - SAMS® AMS®, Fastnet Marine Surveys, Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Welcome

For our steel boat, we've used Bill Provis of McLarens (bill.provis@mclarens.ca). He was also excellent and came recommended.

Here's a big list of surveyors if those two won't do.

A List of Every Marine Surveyor in Ontario

Thanks, everyone.

I always like to hire people through word of mouth, if possible, so the names are great.

Take care,

Be aware some of these names may have just been looked up on the net.

True, but if you really want to see my surveys, I could post 'em with my personal information and maintenance sins blacked out!

Or just call them up and figure it out for yourself.
