I was going to say that almost all my wife's and my "hurts" on the boat are later traced back to panic type things that resulted in us trying to move/respond too fast.

But then Mark came up with something that makes you wonder how any of us make it past the first few months of boat ownership!

stop blowing smoke up my rear, blow it at the sails instead

Thanks to your expert opinion I now know what scoobert did wrong, but
nothing at all about how you manage to get "one or two...boat bites...each trip" Care to share a specific "bite", or two.
Hi, Andrew. I just came back from two anchorages & the Americas Cup. Sorry about the one-boat "race."

scoobert does a LOT of things wrong, including how he approaches writing on this forum, but since you asked me what "I" have done, try this, for starters:

"101" Series - Quick Links to "Popular" Topics

Thanks for asking.

"Boat bites?" Bumps galore on a boat. The older you get the more thin-skinned you get. Maybe except for me???

Thanks Stu, and welcome back...

Saved the link...

As a man that can't have a coffee table in the LR because of his klutziness
I appreciate any warnings I can garner from those who have found other ways
to hurt themselves in ways that cause them to invent new cuss words too.
