(Yet Another) SeaClear II Issue...

Hello all,

I am running Windows XP with SeaClear II. I have a Garmin GPSMap 168 sounder GPS unit connected to a GigaWare serial to USB adapter. When I start SeaClear and put it on the correct COM port and BAUD rate, it does not give me an error message saying it is not available, so I assume its working (if I change the COM port it says it cant find it). However, nothing happends when I push "find position".

Any suggestions for troubleshooting? Any way I can read if the NMEA output is coming through (yes, the GPS unit is on, and I can read the lat/long from the screen on the unit )
