Weather on GPS (not wifi) for android tablet
Is there a Marine gps program for Android tablet that tells the weather without wifi?
I am looking for at least storm warnings along the west coast of Africa. My Navtex is currently not working. I find the reviews of marine navigation programs online to be confusing in the issue of weather.
