South African OpenCPN

I have looked high and low but can not find any map for South Africa to use in OpenCPN.... Can someone point me in the right direction please, (i keep on downloading duds) it does not even have to be the whole of the S.A coast. Eastern Cape region would be more than enough.

I have done that , I must get Region 3, zone 3, But nowhere can i find a/the download..... Even if i can just get a good looking map of south africa like this one, its for the Grib weather
