Simple Question about CMaps and Standalone Plotter

Hi all!

simple question here but no clear answer so far (or maybe i overlooked something).

I have a set of CMAP charts that i obtained from a well known russian source online :

can I put it on a standalone GPS plotter on my deck and if so which one would you recommand?

i'd like to go cheap eg Advansea T50, Digital Yacht SC500, Lowrance Elite 5m...anything under $500, as my student bank account is already close to underwater!
