Sailing up St. Lawrence

Anyone know the best place to buy charts online? And the best resources to find average wind speeds and directions up the coast of Nova Scotia into and down the St. Lawrence?

Re: Sailing up St. Lawrence

Here is a blog from a friendSailing Obsession, they just finished this trip yesterday. Lots of useful info on the currents and tides.

Re: Sailing up St. Lawrence

Do you want paper charts or electronic charts.

Paper

The Nautical Mind Bookstore Marine Booksellers & Chart Agents is a good online bookstore.

Or

The Binnacle Boating Supplies - Canada - Binnacle.com

They will also sell CHS charts on CD.
