Raster2BSB
Raster2BSB is also downloadable at Just Magic precompiled for Mac, although I think the Barcosoft branch is more recently updated?

There's some info on integrating GRIB files into charts using raster2BSB, links to various free software projects (including opencpn), and a ton of links to commercial and free chart sources (something for Dan's link collection perhaps).

Elsewhere on the site, they also have a few marine-related google earth overlays going.
