NOAA electric nautical charts?

Hi!

I happened across this website: Office of Coast Survey - Home - Nautical Charts

Which appears to give access to 620 of NOAA's nautical charts. The only problem... no idea what program it takes to open the file! Perhaps one of you guys and gals knows the secret...

I'm trying to track down one online that shows the upper chesapeake.

Just about any commercial charplotter will open them. If you're looking for free software try Seaclear at

SeaClear GPS Navigation Software

Do a search here for Seaclear and you'll get the idea
