Need Recommendations for Waterproof iPad Holder/RAM Mount

I recently purchased an iPad for myself which I plan on mounting on the research boat and a ski boat that I own.

I really like RAM mounts and was wondering if someone makes a waterproof iPad holder that I can easily switch between boats. It looks like I need the double ball socket mounts. I think this would give me the most flexibility in how the iPad screen is oriented.

I need the type of base that can be attached with screws or by thru-bolting. It would not be a rail mount.
