or Plan2nav, cheap, good uses Cmap charts.

We use open CPN and have for the 3 years we have sailed the Med - as back up only. But each time we test them they are spot on.

I am having trouble locating mads for Spain and Canaries that will work in Open CPN. The program is nice and cheap.

You need to find someone running OpenCPN with CM93 charts and borrow the charts from them. Not sure where you are but try and ask around.

Ok charts I managed to download all the charts for OpenCPN. Turns out there are no names for places. Is there a way to get the names?

Several years ago I was given a disk containing "CM93 ed2 Jan 2010" charts. Is there a later version available from somewhere?

Dec 2011 is the latest I have seen in circulation.

Thanks. Dec 2011 is almost 2 years newer than the CM93 charts I have. I'll do some googling and see if I can find a source for them.
