Nautical Maps online

I'm working on a new websites about cruises in Mozambico and I need to find nautical maps online and a software to edit them (like to trace routes...).

Does anyone know anything about this?

I don't like to use google maps or earth...

You can't do much on this site but at least you can have a look around on what should be up to date charts. Or as near as there will be in an area like that.

Check out Navionics, they are now offering an API that you can add there charts to your web site. it's at the bottom of the home page.
