Import Track in Seaclear

When I try to import a track to SeaClear in the WP+ format, SeaClear issues a Import Error message. The format I am using is

TrackPoint, format, latitude, longitude, date, time, first record (1=yes, 0=no) Example : TrackPoint,D,33.030250669,-117.1733040456,07/08/1996,04:12:30,0
Is this the correct format? Anyone know what SeaClear is expecting?

I guess two thoughts on this...

1. You can find something else that will input/output WP+ files and see if it will read your file properly, or have it write a file and compare with yours.

2. I've used g7towin (which SeaClear also supports) to do this, and it works for me, using .g7t format.

Can you provide the format or tell me where to find it. I tried formating the track like:
T N29 32.9400 W96 58.5000 Sat Oct 25 0:41:41 2008
T N29 33.0000 W96 59.6160 Sat Oct 25 0:51:41 2008

Seaclear returns WP error
