Help with OpenCPN

I am new to electronic navigation and have just downloaded the software and I thought some charts. Is there anyone in the Kemah, TX area that could help me get started with the basics?

Sailorman375..

Suggest you read the manual first: OpenCPN | Official OpenCPN Homepage

You can download free charts from NOAH

Re: Help with OpenCPN

Justy had to say thanks again for all the work on this program. Just got back from another trip and helping a friend plan one today. Everytime I use it I like it better, finding new features I missed.
