GPS Locator on the Ocean

I am going on an extended cruise and would like to send my GPS location to one email address from where it gets automatically distributed to all the email addresses of my friends who would like to know where I am......Is anybody aware of a webservice that offers GPS tracking communication?

I use SPOT

It uses a ACR Aqualink to send email to 5 friends.

You may be able to set up a forward from your own account.

The result looks like.
