With geroute, it seems ok.

Do you know if there is a tool a litle like geroute which can follow a route and make automaticaly kap map ? A mix between GEROUTE and GE2KAP

I actually thought about that before. Maybe I'll add it in a future release of GE2KAP

BTW: the kml reference in FBLC's post above will work but it has no height information so it only produces four charts at a height of 50km. So I modified it to add height information of 2000 meters. GE2KAP says it will produce 822 charts but I cancelled it.
