Garmin BlueChart current vs. NOAA??

In doing some route planning, it seems that the current tables embedded in the Garmin Blue chart iPad app differ from the online NOAA tables. For example:

June 1, 2013
Reedy Pt, DE
Max flood Slack Max Ebb
Garmin 03:11 06:39 11:10
NOAA 04:49 07:35 11:49

Cape May Channel
Max flood Slack Max Ebb
Garmin 11:35 15:11 18:37
NOAA 12:39 16:24 20:08

Both say they are corrected for DST. Lat/Long and flood/ebb directions match up on both sources.

Not sure if I'm reading one or the other wrong or if the predictions vary by that much based on data source. But it seems like that's a lot of difference.

Anybody else seen this? Or I am reading something wrong? Or is it a weird Monday phenomenon?
