Furuno DSR4W Radar and Nobeltex TZ app question.

I'm confused again..
I purchased a Furuno DRS4W radar for my Christmas present.
I will be using an IPad 2 with Wi-Fi only...
I also use Bad Elf as my external Bluetooth GPS..
I plan to use the Furuno IPad app as its necessary

I just read where Nobeltec has an App that can overlay the DRS4W output over nautical charts (NobeltecTZ app).

My confusion lies in the documention...do I need to also purchase a NMEA0183 multiplexer also??? I Do not have any other NMEA compliant equipment on the boat such as AIS, sped etc.. Nor do I wish to have any.

So ..does anyone have firsthand info on the requirement (or not) to have a multiplexer to just have the radar return overlayed over the Nobeltec App
Thanks
Bill
