Extracting geo loc from Geotiff.tif maps

Several .bsb maps are missing in the Brazil Navy listing and are only available in geotiff.tif format. I used SAGA (Windows) and the app Geo Tiff Maps (android) to produce the four corner geo locs of the map,BUT in a format I am not familiar with. See attached!!

Anybody know how to convert this into DEGREE MINUTE SECOND format?

Then I will use GE2KAP to do the final conversion..
