Documentary film project - looking for a sailor

Hello,
For a documentary film, we would like to get in touch with a sailor familiar with Scotland's East coasts. The idea is to re-enact James Cook's unique trip along Scotland, from Leith to Lerwick, following his logbook.
We are looking for practical advices, and also wondering about a few historical and cultural issues.

We'll be happy to discuss these matters and tell you more about the project...
Best regards,
