Hi Kevin,

With the usual precautions, you can stop almost anywhere in the Bay Islands, Honduras. But you should not stop you on the coast of Honduras. Except in Puerto Cortes (if there is no cold front with north or west winds which could be bad).
You should not stop in Puerto Escondido, neither Laguna Tinta.

I would suggest to also stop in Providencia and sail straight to the Honduras Bay Islands from there (for your security).

ciao!
Nick.
