"Boaty App" - Anyone Heard of It?

A sailor I ran into in Yarmouth showed me an app on his IPhone which did tides, currents, weather, harbor pilotage, and all kinds of useful things. He called it the "Boaty App". Anyone ever heard of it?

just checked my iphone app store and could not find one named the boaty app. Lots of tides charts and weather apps available however.

Sounds like a good app. Is it available for android? At first I thought it was an app to send Boatman to new and exotic locals.(whether he wants to go or not) I.e. Boatman will now depart Oz to deliver a 16' Hobie to Tahiti. Just imagine the possibilities. He would soon be wealthy but never on dry land to spend the profits.
