Best Place to Buy Paper Charts

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering where is the best place to buy paper charts? Need charts for the Hawaiian Islands and inside the San Francisco bay Area. Or should I just do electronic charts?

The best chart for your area are produced by NOAA.
The paper version can be bought at a ship supplier or chart supplier, perhaps a book store will do it too.
The digital version (ElectronicNavigationalCharts) can be obtained at the NOAA website for free;
