Berthing in Adelaide, SA

Hey guys,

We're starting to look long term at our boat plans and right after 1) leaving the UK (again) and 2) hitting up the Caribbean, I'd like to get myself and the boat back to Adelaide. It's been 12 years since I left and with nieces and nephews on the way, I should kinda put in an appearance....

Anyway, tell me about berthing in Adelaide. Every time I've been back, the guys at North Haven haven't been in the office so I've never actually been able to get prices from them. It does seem to be the most convenient marina to stay in though (family are in NE 'burbs). What's the go with berths as well - do you have to buy one long term, or can you do annual / 6 month contracts? And costs... I'm guessing we'll have a 12m Cat but if you offer ballpark figures of what you're paying (and the size of your boat), that'll at least give us a point in the right direction.

Appreciate any info!

n

If he doesn't come up on his own, try PMing GILow here on CF... Adelaide is his home port.
