Benodet France

Hello!

Does anyone have experience morning at the marinas in Benodet on the Odet River? Specifically Sainte Marine? The Reeds almanac gives two warning about strong stream within this river however i cant find any additional information. m(e.g. exactly how strong the streams are and when slack is)

The almanac suggest entering at slack water... do i just assume Slack is right at high and low tides?

I have almost no experience mooring in tidal marinas so i'm wondering if this might be a bit out of my comfort zone but would appreciate some input from people who might have done it before. My other option is to go down to port la foret... which is not as 'nice' thought they do have good services.
