Surprisingly, I used to have a boat just like that, but a 2003 model.

The best anchor for your boat will be determined more by the bottom composition and winds and currents in your area. I would ask other boaters in your area what works for them.

On mine, I replaced the undersized "free" anchor the dealer supplied with a Fortress. I had trouble getting it to set under some conditions so I replaced that with one of these:



That worked fine and was on the boat when I sold it.
