Rocna Bow Roller

Have purchased a Rocna 20 (44#) for our Gozzard 36; however, the new bow roller for the anchor is a bust. Has anyone a suggestion for a good quality, off-the-shelf bow roller that will mate well with the Rocna? I've tried a beautifully made Anchorlift (90104) recommended to me, but the bail is too short/low and stops the anchor 4-5" short of the cheeks. Something that would pull the anchor snug and closer to the bowsprit plank is needed, and a long channel to keep the chain off of the teak is preferred.

On my Gozzard 44 I was able to fit a similar Manson 80# onto the bow roller by spreading apart the SS end piece enough to guide the shank through. Your roller assembly may not be the same.

Why don't you just buy an anchor without the roll bar (weed catcher scoop)? Easier than modifying your boat.

He can return it or exchange it for something that will fit. Much easier than modifying the boat. There are now several new generation anchors available without the roll bar.
