Lighthouse Windlass

Anybody have any experience with working with customer support at Lighthouse. They seem to be slow to respond and erratic. Any ideas how to work with them. I have a leaking windlass and need seals and how to's. I have contacted them and they only get back to me some of the time. I think I will love the unit but need to stop the leak.

Not one mention of service or any service information on the Lighthouse sub-par website. I always question the quality of a product when they don't pay attention to customer service.

Call them, they generally answer the phone. This is a small company (as in family) and the web is not their strong suit. I've been to the shop and have also called, they've always been helpful and responded to my needs.
