Kedge Anchor Size
41' beneteau

Kedge anchor for cockpit locker.

Is 7kg sand anchor about right?

For a 41 footer, I’d want something on the order of a Fortress FX-16 minimum. Larger, if you can fit it:

I carry a large 45 lb danforth. I've winched myself off groundings and feel a stout kedge is a requirement.
