Re: Fortress anchor customers service

I think they’re short handed. I had the same issue, but they did finally get back to me with the same great customer service. I can’t remember if it was the holidays or a big boat show, but they said they got behind and apologized. I do think you’re better off emailing them directly rather than through their website.

Re: Fortress anchor customers service

Fortress anchors check in here often, I’d be surprised if it took very long for them to get to you.
I have never heard of a complaint how they handle a claim once they are alerted to it.

Brian is no longer with Fortress (a few months now). That is what I was told by Fortress, and I have not spoken with Brian since that.

Just curious Luggsy; you sent five emails, but over what time period? How long have you waited? If it’s only been a few days I’d not be hitting the panic button. If it’s been more than a week, then maybe…

After more than 20 years of working at Fortress, Brian has moved on, so that might be part of the problem. IN general, I have had excellent success with them, so I hope this is temporary.

Luggsy: You might try this one, above, if the karen one does not work.

A moderator sent Fortress a link to your thread, in hopes of facilitating your getting in more satisfactory touch with them.
