Re: Fortress anchor customers service

I think theyíre short handed. I had the same issue, but they did finally get back to me with the same great customer service. I canít remember if it was the holidays or a big boat show, but they said they got behind and apologized. I do think youíre better off emailing them directly rather than through their website.

Fortress anchors check in here often, Iíd be surprised if it took very long for them to get to you.
I have never heard of a complaint how they handle a claim once they are alerted to it.

Brian is no longer with Fortress (a few months now). That is what I was told by Fortress, and I have not spoken with Brian since that.

Just curious Luggsy; you sent five emails, but over what time period? How long have you waited? If itís only been a few days Iíd not be hitting the panic button. If itís been more than a week, then maybeÖ

After more than 20 years of working at Fortress, Brian has moved on, so that might be part of the problem. IN general, I have had excellent success with them, so I hope this is temporary.
