Catalina anchor

I recently purchased a literally brand new Catalina 27. She came with a singular anchor. It appears to be a Danforth standard 15 ponder, with 15' of G3 chain and 150' of 1/2" nylon rode. I plan to buy a secondary anchor for her, maybe a size bigger so i can throw it out in a storm. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I sail in Maine, with sandy and muddy bottoms, so i was either thinking a Fortress or Bruce, with 30' of chain and 150' of 1/2" line. I was also thinking of getting Brait instead of 3 strand, as the interior is a bit cramped.
