Columbus McKinnon makes a very wide range of shackles, including their red-pin alloy series. I have a number of them on my boat. The 7/16" alloy shackle with a 1/2" pin has a WLL of 2.6 tons.

Here's their catalog: http://www.cmworks.com/Public/12042/CMRP-C3-1209.pdf
