Zodiac Wave vs Zodiac Cadet

I'm planning on getting a high pressure inflatable floor dinghy and narrowed it down to two models. Has anyone had any experience with either one of these two. The Wave has a 11.4 psi floor while the Cadet has 8.4. I would think the Wave would be a better performer yet that model is not even shown on the Zodiac website. It also has the cone tubes which are not as good with the heavier 4 stoke outboards. The defender catalog says the Wave has fully welded seams implying that other models may just be spot welded??

The Zodiac Wave is a private label craft for Defender.

It has a welded transom (Zodiac patent), and I think, a welded floor. Also, all air holding seams are welded.

As of 2015+, the Zodiac Cadet has a glued floor and a glued transom. Air holding seams are welded.

Bottom line:
Zodiac Cadet = ~70% welded
Zodiac Wave = ~95% welded
