You may have misunderstood the name of this forum. We are a group of people who sail (or plan to) our own boats.

For the money a trip across the lake isn't bad. I think your question needs a bit more detail. As you can see the responses are not getting you aboard any place. As a general rule you really don't want to post your email address. We all here are quite honest but not everyone that reads messages has to be a member. Some of those people are probably less dedicated to a life of honesty.

The ones closest to home is the cheepest. From there it really depends on what you must have and how much above "bare survival" is wanted to be happy. If you include the cost of boat and fixing her up to go cruising.
