What Lifting Tackle for My Dinghy ?
I have a 2.8 metre RIB with 8hp Mercury 2 stroke. What are the suggestions for gear to lift it manually. I envisage lifting using a single bow floor point and the two attachments on the transom. It will be lifted to hang from the targa at the stern of my catamaran. It will need to be easily operated by my wife alone, if necessary. What ratio of blocks / pulleys. Also size or brand suggestions would be appreciated. We are both in our late 50's but reasonably strong.
